Administrative Support
At Brightseed Psychology, it is important that you receive consistent and timely care. To make this possible, I partner with a dedicated administration team from The VA Circle, based in South Australia.
While I am focused on our clinical sessions and offsite work, Tali and her colleagues manage all initial enquiries, scheduling, and paperwork. Although our admin team is SA-based, they operate with our local WA business hours in mind to ensure there is no impact on response times.
Tali is here to answer your questions and manage your appointments via email. utilise an email-first model for new enquiries; as much of my work involves offsite support and travel between locations, this allows us the necessary time to review your information thoroughly.
